#008 Warrant Arrest
Sgt. O’Connell contacted David Padilla inside his vehicle at the end of Bell St. and arrested him for his outstanding vandalism warrant. In the Fremont Jail awaiting a bail bond.
#032 Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance
Officer Snyder stopped a male on Stubin Court after a caller reports that the subject was looking into homes and flashing gang signs. A 26 year old adult male, Fremont resident, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. In the Fremont Jail awaiting a bail bond.
#033 Restraining Order Violation
Officer Harvey conducted a traffic stop and discovered one of the occupants of the vehicle was in violation of a restraining order. The occupant, a 26 year old adult male, Fremont resident, was arrested for the violation. In the Fremont Jail awaiting a bail bond.
#037 Assault with a Deadly Weapon
Officers were dispatched to an assault with a deadly weapon in-progress call. Two brothers (juvenile suspect/adult victim) were fighting with one another. The adult brother sustained injuries during the fight. The juvenile brother was placed and a mental health evaluation hold and will be transported to Juvenile Hall upon his release. The incident was investigated by Officer Stillitano and supervised by Sergeant Fowlie.
#044 Baby Formula Burglary Arrest
Officers responded to a report of a theft of baby formula from the Fremont Hub Target. Loss prevention followed the suspects out of the store after the theft and called dispatch while they were following the suspects on foot. The suspects started to catch-on that they were being followed and began to discard their loot and run. FTO Kwok and Officer Collins found the suspects near the Raley’s shopping center and arrested a 24 year old adult female, Oakland resident and a 37 year old adult male, San Francisco resident for burglary. Their discarded loot was recovered. In the Fremont Jail awaiting a bail bond.
#048 Drunk Driving
Ofc. Dooley is detailed to the area of Mission and Mohave regarding a possibly drunk driver. Ofc. Dooley responds and locates the vehicle. Upon stopping the car and contacting the adult female driver, Ofc. Dooley determines she had been driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and arrests the driver for same. In the Fremont Jail awaiting a bail bond.
#046, 050 Two Hit and Run Collisions, One DUI Suspect
At 9:24 p.m., Officer Stillitano is detailed to the area of Wilson Common regarding a small jeep that had crashed. Witnesses said the driver was intoxicated and slurring his speech. The driver then fled the area in a badly damaged vehicle.
At 9:26 p.m. another hit and run involving the same vehicle is reported in the area of Tonica and Pine. The driver again fled the area. A witness followed the vehicle, which had severe front end damage and a front flat tire. The witness directed officers towards its location of Mission Blvd. and Hunter Ln.
Officers arrived on scene and contacted the adult male driver. He is found to be intoxicated and was arrested for drunk driving and two hit and runs. In the Fremont Jail awaiting a bail bond.

Bicycle Theft-Fremont Station
5/8/14 5:23 p.m.
A victim reported the theft of her silver Novarra hybrid bicycle from the Fremont Station. The victim parked her bike at the Northwest bike racks and secured her bike with a cable lock. Time of theft was from 0830-1723 hours. Reported loss is $400.00. A sergeant completed the theft report. BART PD CASE #1405-1327
